Scott and Bobbi met at KBPK. Bobbi went on to become a producer, host and production director for KMNY Pomona, CA (Money Radio). During her four year stint there, she also had a number of part-time jobs. She was the assistant producer for the NHL's Mighty Ducks broadcasts on their flagship station, KEZY, during the 1996-97 season. Bobbi also was a production assistant at KNX AM Los Angeles, and a board-op and editor for KYPA. She was also a weekend host at 1390AM K-Lite. Later, Bobbi became the producer of the financial program Off Wall Street on G.E.M. Radio.
Scott's radio career started after only 2 months into his enrollment in Fullerton College's radio program. He was offered the overnight shift at KIKF-FM, Garden Grove, CA (KIK-FM). After that, it was board-op and production at Money Radio, plus part-time promotions work at KLOS Los Angeles, KABC Los Angeles and KDIS Los Angeles (Radio Disney). In 1997 he became the Program Director and morning man at KMMT Mammoth Lakes, CA. Scott took US 395 back to Southern California for board-op and production at KXTA Los Angeles (Xtra Sports). He then went to G.E.M Radio where he served as Production Director.
The two got married in April 1999. After leaving G.E.M. Radio, Scott and Bobbi assumed some debt and started their own production company, Audio Drops. Their work can be heard on stations throughout the United States. Additionally, Bobbi has recently joined the production team at Creative Media, one of the top Orange County based studios located in Cypress, CA. Scott said, "without the technical skills gained, and radio philosophies learned at KBPK, we wouldn't have been able to obtain and maintain employment in one of the toughest radio markets in the nation."
